Mt. Anif, Waco

Bob and I took a quick trip and did the White Ass COulier on Mt. Anif. We can see this from our houses in town and it only takes a lazy 5 hours door to door.
Snow and weather conditions were great.
It's been so long since I updated this blog I have the photos mostly mixed up sequence wise. There are some decent videos at the end though.

Mt.Anif/Mulligan 7/23/11

These chutes have been tempting us forever. This is the view from my street showing the tasty lines to be had. We called it the White Ass couloir. Since the elevation is so low the avy danger is high mid winter whenever we get a good dump of snow.

Today however, great corn snow conditions prevailed. Bob, his brother in law from Japan and myself had a nice outing.

Drove up to the snow line in about 20 minutes of 4x4
